Automatic Test Bench with interchangeable Drawer

The Automatic Test Bench has been developed to test several devices reducing the operations required by operator. The devices are housed in a dedicated Fixture. An interchangeable Drawer allows the bench resources to be used for testing different devices. An automatic report is generated once the test is completed, gathering all the tests performed during the validation and shows limits and measured values.

NAVAIDS ATE

The NAVAIDS ATE has been developed to test several customers' products automatically, reducing the operations required of the testing personnel to the minimum.

The Test Software drives the operator during the test phases allowing him to select measures by proposing the results of the individual tests on video. 

An automatic report is generated once the test is completed, gathering all the tests performed during the validation and specifying limits and measured values.

Thermal Cycle Test Bench

The Thermal Cycle Test Bench has been developed to automatically test up to 18 DUTs at various temperatures, minimizing the operations required from testing operator.

The Test Software manages a series of measurements according to a specific thermal profile. 

This is an example of a Thermal Cycle test bench that allows components to be subjected to prolonged stress situations to verify their reliability and reduce their probability of failure in the early stages of the life cycle.

At the end of the test, an automatic report is generated, collecting all results obtained during the validation test and specifying the limits and measured values.

Thermal Control System

The Thermal Control System enables temperature performance monitoring of QSFP28 modules for the purpose of qualification and production quality control of mission-critical products. 

The unit consists of 10 mini-climatic chambers, designed and manufactured by CR&C/GreenWaves, which are fully customized to the customer's requirements, as is the system's supervision software.

Withstanding Voltage Test Bench

The Withstanding Voltage Test Bench has been developed to perform AC/DC withstanding voltage tests fully automatically, minimizing the operations required by testing personnel. 

For the entire duration of the test, the operator must hold down both green buttons located on the top of the bench. If either button is released, the test will immediately stop, and the DUT's power supply voltage will simultaneously reset to zero.

The software queries the MES for test parameters, configures the test bench, and saves the test results to the MES upon completion.

RF Test Bench

Programming Station

n the front panel, the fixture presents the main power switch and the relative power on LED indicator.

An upper handle allows to the operator to open the fixture and after positioning the DUTs using the reference pins, the same handle during the closing press the DUTs to be programmed. The boards are connected to the specific test points of the DUT by means a needle bed.

A second handle allows to operator to mount and remove the various drawers dedicated to programming various DUT devices.
